Lewis Land unveils first images of The Waterline

Adjoining the central one-hectare parkland known as The Green and the waterfront boardwalk, The Waterline features a collection of 71 two and three bedroom architecturally designed apartments across five residential levels.

Apartments are oriented for either water or park views, emphasised by clever architecture and considered coastal interiors.

Lewis Land Chief Executive Officer Brett Draffen says The Waterline is an exclusive collection in the future focused Harbour Shores, designed to seamlessly blend with the physical nature of the northern Gold Coast and its lifestyle.

“The Waterline apartments are indicative of the high standard of architecture, urban design and place making that will be delivered at Harbour Shores in the coming years as the master plan is brought to life,” he says.

“With an emphasis on sub-tropical, resort-style living, each apartment at The Waterline is oriented to capture either water or park views, framed by floor to ceiling windows and refined coastal interiors.

Mr Draffen says the three double-storey Sky Homes on the upper levels of The Waterline would feature their own extraordinary amenities and capture views towards the Broadwater.

“The Sky Homes range from 268 sqm to 344 sqm and feature multiple living zones, three-bedrooms, three bathrooms and large private balconies,” he says.

“We have opened an interim sales display at Harbour Town to showcase our first residential releases at Harbour Shores ahead of the formal project launch and display unveiling mid year.”

Harbour Shores has received a 6 Star Green Star Communities Rating V1.1, the highest ever achieved on the Gold Coast.
